EMERGENCY COVER SERVICES
This service is designed to help support caregivers who are involved in an emergency or suddenly fallen sick. Caregivers along the line, worry about the well-being of the people they care for when they are unable to look after the person they care for due to some emergency.
The emergency cover and significant event cover are aimed at giving support to caregivers, providing them with the best care for their health and well-being.
This service is available to caregivers FREE. Having this service available for our caregivers prevents mishaps from happening. This also helps caregivers nurture and grow a career in caring and sustain a lifelong relationship.
How Does Emergency Cover Service Work?
Feel free to contact us on the number at the bottom of the page if you are interested in this service. You can also speak to a representative on how support can be arranged to help you during an emergency.
To fully enjoy the benefits of this service, our representative will request some personal details to register you with us. But if you are not comfortable with this, a home visit will be arranged with you and the person you care for to complete an emergency support plan. When the plan is agreed upon, you will then receive a special membership card to be carried with you everywhere at all times.
During an emergency, the people you mentioned in your plan will be contacted to certify the person you care for is taken care of.
In a situation where they are unavailable, our trained care support staff will be assigned to care for the person for up to 72 hours while the emergency is being attended to which will also allow social services to organize any ongoing support if the need be.
